The Winner Land Mansion is not your typical sales center. It goes beyond the traditional showroom concept and embraces art, design, and innovation. Grace Kwai, the designer behind this project, aimed to create a space that not only showcases the property but also engages visitors on a deeper level.
In the sand table area, a wave-formed installation takes center stage, exuding power and artistic sensibility. This unique feature immediately captures the attention of visitors, drawing them into the space. The use of natural light, streaming through large glass windows, creates a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor environments, blurring the boundaries between human, nature, and the building itself.
The Winner Land Mansion sales center is a testament to Yango Group's vision. It serves as a place where dreams are born, where visitors can immerse themselves in the possibilities of the residential property. The space is carefully designed to cater to different needs, with areas dedicated to negotiation, sand table display, and a lounge for relaxation.
One of the standout areas is the tea tasting space, where books counterbalance a lattice wall, creating a visually captivating effect. Here, visitors can slow down and appreciate the undulations and rhythm of the space, offering a respite from the fast-paced world outside.
The bar lounge, on the other hand, showcases minimal wood materials with intricate details. The play of light and shadow creates a multi-dimensional environment that captivates anyone who walks through the space. It's a place where people can't help but pause and appreciate the ethereal atmosphere.
In the negotiation area, a white palette with saturated gray accents creates an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The glass windows allow sunlight to filter in, casting different hues on the walls and floor throughout the day. It's a space that evolves with the changing light, creating a dynamic and engaging environment.
The children's area is a vibrant and playful space, designed to highlight the innocence, individuality, and free spirit of children. It's not just a playground for kids but also a sanctuary for the soul, where everyone can reconnect with their inner child.
The Winner Land Mansion sales center project started in April 2019 and was completed in December 2019 in Tianjin, China. It represents a thoughtful and meticulous approach to design, incorporating elements that resonate with the local culture and humanistic spirit.
This exceptional design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade celebrates designs that showcase creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life. The Winner Land Mansion sales center truly embodies these qualities, making it a standout project in the industry.
